Description: The neck and wrists often get neglected in our yoga practice and they are usually the places that need a little extra TLC. I know I hold alot of tension in my neck even when I practice yoga, so this is a class I come back to time and time again. I hope you love this class as much as I do - ideal for keyboard warriors, savvy social media fans and anyone who tends to subconsciously create tension in the upper body. This is also a good class to do before practicing those handstands!
