Description: For years, doctors and research has warned against women practicing certain prenatal yoga poses, for fear it would cause a lack of circulation to the fetus, or a spike in heart rate. However, recent research has found that these poses, typically inverted poses or ones that require the practitioner to lie on their backs, are safe for both mom's and baby's well into their third trimester!
