We focus heavily on hip and spinal flexion using Baby Bakasana and Eka Pada Bakasana as the peak poses. We prep with a long sequence on the back with some abdominal corework before taking a standing sequence, offering both unusual and familiar poses taken in unusual ways. This class adequately prepares you for the basic and not so basic arm balances in the yoga syllabus, leaving you feeling strong and sore at the same time!
