Description: This is a hip flexors stretch I really enjoy, most importantly cause there’s a loop band involved, and I love to stretch with loop bands. To perform this hip flexors stretch: nn1️⃣ Wrap the loop band around one hip, as shown in the video. n2️⃣ Back knee and foot against the wall. n3️⃣ Make a lounge with the front leg until the front shinbone is at 90° with the floor. n4️⃣ Grab the loop band with your hand and put it on the floor. The opposite hand stays next to the front foot.
