(only compatible with license A) and a maximum torque of 108 Nm. It is managed by a six-speed gearbox.<br/><br/>The iconic twin-cylinder is housed in a new multi-tube steel chassis, around which an offering has been built that lives up to what one would expect from an Indian motorcycle. Suspensions consist of a conventional 41mm front fork with 120mm of travel and dual rear shock absorbers with preload adjustment reduced to 51mm of travel, giving it an even lower and lower appearance. For brakes, there is a 298 mm disc on each axle, with a dual-piston caliper at the front and a single-piston caliper at the rear.<br/><br/>The seat height has also decreased slightly compared to its siblings, dropping to 649 mm, while its dry weight is 237 kg.<br/><br/>It is a version that surprises with its 'long and low' attitude, thanks to the lowered rear suspension mentioned above. As its surname suggests, it is a model that gets rid of unnecessary things and presents itself as a pure and original option. We find its own details, such as the cut-out fenders. The seat reinforces the minimalist philosophy of bobbe aesthetics without compromising comfort. The handlebar allows you to adopt a position with absolute control of the situation, for which we find mirrors fixed at the ends as standard.<br/><br/>Standard: LED lights, analogue instruments and economical driving warnings. Color Black Metallic. It is the cheapest in Scout Classic, Scout Bobber and Sport Scout. They come with new LED lights, analogue gauges with new fuel levels and economical driving warnings.<br/>Limited: Adds traction control, cruise control, a USB charging port, and three riding modes (Sport, Standard, and Touring) with different throttle response. The car's standard interior amenities include climate control and first-class infotainment system. Lotus offers a wide range of paint and interior trim options that allow you to personalize the Evija to your liking. Note that production is limited to just 130 models. Additionally, Evija is not street legal in the US.<br/><br/>The star of the show is the Evija's muscular electric powertrain. Motivation is provided by a team of four electric motors, and Lotus claims they produce a total of 1972 horsepower and 1254 pound-feet of torque. That's nearly twice the horsepower provided by more expensive hypercars like the Aston Martin Valkyrie. A single-speed automatic transmission handles everything and sends power to all four wheels. The car's light curb weight has been designed to optimize handling. The company claims the Evija weighs just over 3,700 pounds, making it the lightest EV hypercar to ever enter production. The Evija can reach a top speed of more than 200 mph, and Lotus expects it to hit 62 mph in less than three seconds . The car's performance can be customized through five driving modes: Range, City, Tour, Sport and Track.<br/><br/>EVs often require you to wait a long time for the battery to charge. Evija is different. It is equipped with technology designed to make charging the battery almost as fast as filling the gas pump. It takes just 12 minutes for the car to charge to 80 percent and just 18 minutes to fully charge.<br/><br/>The Lotus Evija seats two passengers and its cabin is accessed via a pair of dihedral doors. These doors are handleless to maintain the car's clean, sculptural aesthetic and are operated using the key fob. Once you enter the car, the doors can be closed using a switch on the roof console. Evija's electrically adjustable front seats feature a carbon fiber shell and thick microfibre-wrapped pads. The driver can manually adjust the tilt and length of the steering column, and there are two special storage areas located near the passengers' hip points. Standard interior equipment includes climate control and three-point seat belts; Four-point seat belts are offered as optional equipment. Overall, Evija's cabin has both a retro and modern look.<br/><br/>All Evija hypercars come with technological features such as Bluetooth connectivity and infotainment system. There is a digital display in front of the steering wheel that provides the driver with relevant information such as battery charge and remaining range. This is the car's only screen. However, it’ll be significantly more expensive that the model it replaces, with pricing now starting at $29,695, excluding a $1,395 delivery and destination fee. This translates to a $2,600 increase, or nearly 10% more for the base version compared to the outgoing 2024 model year. Meanwhile, the rest of the lineup sees price hikes ranging from $1,700 to $2,630, equating to a 5.6% to 8.3% increase.<br/><br/>At the base of the range you’ll find LED headlights, roof rails, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, there are analog gauges and a compact 4.2-inch multi-information display. Additionally, the Forester gets dual 7-inch displays and a four-speaker audio system.<br/><br/>Highlights are few and far between, but the base model has power windows and locks as well as a dual-zone automatic climate control system. Buyers will also find cloth seats with blue contrast stitching as well as a hexagonal pattern. They’re joined by an 11.6-inch infotainment system, a six-speaker audio system, a fancier instrument cluster, upgraded upholstery, and a keyless access system with a push-button ignition.<br/><br/>The optimistically named Forester Sport begins at $34,495 and feels like it’s from the Bronze Age in more ways than one. Jokes aside, the model has bronze exterior accents as well as 19-inch alloy wheels with a bronze finish.
