Fester Fish must babysit his bratty nephew on the same day he's supposed to have a big date! It took me about six months to make this cartoon. It was intended as a throwback to 1930's characters like Flip the Frog, Popeye, Betty Boop, Bosko, etc... It was also heavily inspired by 40's animation geniuses Tex Avery, Bob Clampett, Rod Scribner and Jim Tyer.
