These are some playblasts I did for 20th Century Fox in 2007. The flipping mechanism has to be real geometry to support the motion blur, and we couldn't find a way to fake it in After Effects. The final result was an actual rig that had 40-50 tabs that would rotate into shape. Then we created a handle for the animator to turn the apparatus. Simple! ;)nnAlso, the video cards had to support video, multiple videos,
