Mass layoffs have been looming over Pixar since last year but were delayed due to production scheduling. Milo Ventimiglia reunites with This Is Us family to celebrate on-screen son's graduation. The actor was pictured with This Is Us co-stars Niles Fitch and Hannah Zeile at Fitch's graduation from the University of Southern California.
