Drain and set aside.<br/><br/>Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.<br/><br/>Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.<br/><br/>Add the onion, bell pepper, and bean sprouts to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.<br/><br/>In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and stir to combine.<br/><br/>Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.<br/><br/>Serve the chicken chow mein hot, garnished with chopped spring onions. Enjoy!")
