With a student population of over 200, less than 20 children turned up for classes at the Barrackpore East Secondary School on Tuesday, according to TTUTA.<br/><br/>This, following a death threat sent to the school on Sunday to shoot and kill all students and teachers on either Monday or Tuesday’s date.<br/><br/>The school remained open on both days, a decision which many parents were upset about.<br/><br/>On Tuesday, the Minister of Education explained that every decision taken in the face of a threat, is based on advice given by the police.<br/><br/><br/>Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh reports.
