Julian Cheung Chi-lam (張智霖), Ray Lui Leung-wai (呂良偉),Ng Man-tat (吳孟達), Shao Bing (邵兵), Wang Xun (王迅), Zhang Yi-shang (张艺上), Cao Wei-yu (曹卫宇), Michelle Dong Xuan (董璇), Wang Jin Song (王劲松) and a variety of other stars as support roles.<br/><br/>A female college student has fallen from a building. Cheng Rui (Zhou), the deputy captain of the Criminal Investigation Detachment who is new to his post, has been commissioned by deputy director Du Yu Lin (Wang) to investigate the case.<br/><br/>During his investigation, Cheng Rui discovers that the woman's death is related to crimes like fraud masked as loans and subsequent violence from aggressive debt collectors. Businessman An Yi Ming (Eric) has been listed as a key target for investigation.<br/><br/>Cheng Rui wants to look into the case further, but he has been asked to close the case as soon as possible. In a city full of danger, An Yi Ming's wife, Zhou Tong (Qin), and economics professor Zhao Xian Yu (Julian) are caught in the fray. Cheng Rui and his colleagues are deep into the case without realizing that there is a bigger conspiracy behind it.
