Nokturnal Car Clubs more than 250 members spend hundreds of thousands of dollars transforming their regular rides into moving, roaring works of art. The organization was formed in Montebello, California, USA in 2001, but has since expanded to 28 chapters across the US, Europe and Asia. Members of the club customize their cars with eye-catching paint jobs, tall rims, custom speaker systems and a variety of electronics.
