In the wild waters of a vast and frigid Southern Ocean lies the sub-Antarctic island of Marion, a volcanic wilderness teeming with life and home to a few lucky researchers. I've been filming at every opportunity I get in between a rigorous work schedule and this is a small collection of shots and the first bit of editing I've done so far. At the end of my year here I'm hoping to compile my raw footage into a mini-documentary about life on the island, as well as exploring the concept of wildernes
