Guests were treated to Champagne and canapés before a three-course meal showcasing some of the dishes that won Chariya the MasterChef trophy.<br/>Wallace hit the restaurant’s gong to bestow good luck on the restaurant, and Chariya revealed she has already taken 2,000 bookings.<br/>Khao Soi is based in Cross and Pillory Lane and serves an Asian fusion of dishes with an emphasis on Thai cuisine.
