A woman with Down Syndrome and dementia who loves the 80s lit up when her niece's husband showed up at her 60th birthday party dressed up as her favorite celebrity from the decade, Hulk Hogan, who she immediately remembered. Kerrin Meyer, from Long Island, New York, has never let Down Syndrome get in the way of her thirst for life, her family said, with Kerrin previously competing in the Special Olympics and loving to dance. Kerrin is also a fan of all things from the 1980s – specifically the famed wrestler Hulk Hogan. After Kerrin was diagnosed with dementia, her family decided they wanted to bring familiar characters back into her life. Eventually, Boss Chu and his men get their hands on Kwok. Yung and his sister Wong Wai-chiu (王小鳳 Pauline Wong Siu-fung) than have to beg for the help of none other than Brother Chai (Chow Yun Fat), one of the heads of the Chinese Triads.<br/><br/>Brother Chai has no need to help them. However, he feels bad for the siblings and knows that it is the right thing to do. He also wants to show Boss Chu that he shouldn't be so brutal and hard on people. With Kwok's release, Yung and Kwok become indentured workers to Brother Chai. While many stories and characters branch off from these events, two main stories drive the rest of the film.<br/><br/>1. The slow dissipation of the relationship between Kwok and Yung.<br/><br/>2. The rising tension between Boss Chu and Brother Chai.")
