Street wardens came to the rescue of a loveable young dog who had been tied up and apparently abandoned in a multi-storey car park in Birmingham city centre.<br/>The pooch had been tied up and left on its own for hours in what seemed to be a temporary homeless accommodation site constructed in one of Westside’s car parks.
