Crack the eggs into the well, add the olive oil and salt. Gradually mix the eggs and flour with a fork until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.<br/><br/>Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, egg yolk, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
