Students each draw on a foot of16mm clear acetate film and then learn how to splice by making the compiled reel, with each student adding their own piece of film. Here's the final result.")

This exercise was the brainchild of a student in the Selznick Graduate Program in Film Preservation (University of Rochester/George Eastman House, Rochester NY) in 2012.
