Description: One of the new things (yet not supported by Internet Explorer) is the canvas element. The canvas element provides scripts with a resolution-dependent bitmap canvas, which can be used for rendering graphs, game graphics, or other visual images on the fly. Up until this point, you’ve been embedding images (i.e. jpg, gif, png) in order to display shapes.
