The game will be released on Xbox consoles on 24 April this year. Metro Simulator 2 has previously appeared on PC and Nintendo Switch and will be released on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in the coming months.<br/><br/>Metro Simulator 2 is a title developed by KishMish Games, a studio known for its acclaimed Bus World and Fly Corp games, among others. The simulator was first released on PC in June 2023 and on Nintendo Switch in February this year. Polish company Ultimate Games S.A. is responsible for the development and release of the Xbox One version. Thanks to backward compatibility, the title will also work on Xbox Series X|S.<br/>The new simulator is a unique game with the metro at its center. Metro Simulator 2 not only faithfully reproduces the characteristics of the subway, but also the mechanics of controlling the trains.<br/><br/>In this game from the KishMish Games studio, the player becomes a train driver on the metro. Metro Simulator 2 offers a free play mode and varied scenarios with fixed timetables and specific conditions and situations. The simulator features a total of 2 trains with different control systems. The metro itself includes up to 24 stations and a variety of tunnels and facilities.<br/><br/>In Metro Simulator 2, the developers have included an advanced, real-world based speed control system to prevent potential collisions and other undesirable events. Things are looking very black indeed, but as the trial progresses there is a slim chance that may yet save him. Could there yet be a twist in the tale?<br/><br/>Starring Hywel Bennett, Cheryl Campbell, Belinda Carroll, Michael Aldridge, Thorley Walters, David Ashford, Antony Brown, Anthony Woodruff, Vivienne Moore, Christopher Banks and Frank Duncan. This is from an old recording of the series, which hasn't been repeated since it's broadcast in March 1979, so apologies in advance for any picture quality issues there may be. The theme music is by Ron Grainer, who did numerous TV themes in his time, notably Doctor Who and Tales of the Unexpected. The period settings are wonderful, while Hywel Bennett's performance as Dr Bickleigh has so many different nuances to it, ranging from sympathetic, creepy and in some of his voice over moments very funny. It's such a shame this series has never been repeated, as it deserves a TV showing.")
