Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.<br/>Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.<br/>Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for another minute until fragrant.<br/>Add chopped green chilies and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.<br/>Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
