The Health Minister should resign. This is the view of the Opposition, through its Shadow Health Minister, Dr. Lackram Bodoe, in the wake of the deaths of the seven babies at the Port of Spain General Hospital. At a press conference this morning, Dr. Bodoe questioned whether the Hospital's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is adequately resourced, as he said, it is without a doubt that some protocol was breached.
