Description: Translocations and other structural variants (SV) are common in patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Identification of the specific SV present within a patient sample can inform patient prognosis as well as guide patient treatment, but existing testing is often painful and invasive. Here, we demonstrate how Hi-C sequencing serves as a viable alternative to current clinical tests based on fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) assays.
