Description: 3 months training in Bangkok average temperatures +34 degrees to be ready to face Baikal ice Marathon -11 degrees and wind - This year i face the half marathon to understand the body and mind adaptation and feel the really nice atmosphere with the rest of the runners... in my case from km 0 to 8 good pace and good conditions of weather and track - on km 13 to 17km really strong wind and non stop snow... my right eye start to be frozen and i loose partially the vision... the 2 stops for water on
