Moo Young decided to find out what happened. Who killed him? Why he was killed? Does he know the killer? He tries to find who he is while ignoring Sun Ji. When Sun Ji mentioned his family, Moo Young opened the door for her. She can’t get closer and if she wants to continue working for him, first she has to go by him makeup and chicken.<br/><br/>After putting makeup on, Moo Young let Sun Ji in. He talked about what he saw inside the center, about the cult leader and even Yoon Ju. He managed to get one of the weight loss pills from the center. Sun Ji went to check that pill. It’s an illegal drug that causes huge hallucinations.<br/><br/>Together they made a plan. Moo Young enters the fast center again. This time he pretends to one of the workers from the vegetable delivery.<br/><br/>Moo Young finds Yoon Ju. She was praying and refused to leave. She started screaming so Moo Young hit her. He put Yoon Ju in a basket and pushed her out. On the way he met the manager and the skinny boyfriend. He got rid of them and continued. The more he encounters danger, the more his body remembers to fight. But Yoon Ju woke up and the people center were getting closer. So Moo Young had to leave without Yoon Ju.<br/><br/>He didn’t leave far. He went inside a washing machine until night. When it was safe, Moo Young came out. He walks around and sees the stuff center making the drugs. Suddenly someone hit him on the back of his head and he fainted.<br/><br/>When he woke up, Moo Young was surrounded by a familiar smell…the smell of dead bodies. Soon the cult leader wanted to talk to him. The cult leader knows Moo Young was hit by a moving car and wasn’t hurt. Also the cult leader saw Moo Young jumping from a high window the other day and nothing happened to Moo Young. So Moo Young told the cult leader that he can’t feel any pain.<br/><br/>The cult leader offered a deal. Moo Young helps him and in return he will give Moo Young what ever Moo Young wants, including Yoon Ju. Of course Moo Young accepted. He found his phone and called Sun Ji. While he distracts the cult members, Sun Ji has to find Yoon Ju and get her out.<br/><br/>Sun Ji texted that she got Yoon Ju out. It was time for Moo Young to leave, but the cult leader called him on stage. The cult leader broke Moo Young’s arm to make the believers he has the power to take a human being’s pain. But Moo Young had another plan. Moo Young started screaming of pain. The when he was hit, Moo Young pretended to faint and started squeezing the fake blood he had in his pocket.<br/><br/>The cult leader and his manager are escaping when Sun Ji sees them. She is attacked, but Moo Young saved her. The cult leader and his people are arrested, the victims are sent back to their family and Moo Young got the money he needs for a while.<br/><br/>Later that night, Sun Ji stops by with some food and sees Moo Young without makeup.

First, let’s talk about what keto is. The ketogenic diet puts you into a state called ketosis. Ketosis is when your body switches from using sugar as fuel to using ketones as fuel. To do this, you have to lower your intake of carbs and sugars. This includes grains, starches, sugary drinks, bread, pasta, candy, and fruits (except some berries). <br/><br/>You also want to limit how often you eat. Every time you eat, you trigger insulin. Insulin stops fat burning and triggers fat storage. Our goal is to lower your insulin levels. The best way to stop triggering insulin spikes is to eat less frequently. This doesn’t mean you have to eat less food (or lower your calories)—it just means no snacking in between meals and only consuming food 1-2 times a day. <br/><br/>On the healthy keto diet, there is one exception to the no-carb rule. You can have as many low-carb vegetables as you want—just avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn. You want to have 7-10 cups of vegetables every day. <br/><br/>After lowering your carbohydrates, you want to consume a moderate amount of protein. 3-8 oz of protein per meal. You should always consume meats with fat on them. Never go for lean or low-fat options. You can consume meat, fish, chicken, seafood, eggs (with the yolk), cheese, and nuts. <br/><br/>Once you’ve dialed in your protein, you want to focus on consuming healthy fats. Fats will help you stay full and satisfied. Healthy fats include avocado, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and animal fats. Avoid soy oil, corn oil, and canola oil. <br/><br/>Once you’ve got the hang of keto, you should add in intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is simply cutting back on your meals and allowing your body more time to recover from insulin. Here are three tips for intermittent fasting: <br/>1. Only eat when you’re hungry<br/>2. Skip breakfast<br/>3.
