_the-pick-up-truck-that-drives-backwards.webp "A FORMER race car driver has built a one-of-a-kind vehicle never before seen on the roads - a 1952 Ford pick-up truck that drives BACKWARDS. Davey Hamilton, from Indianapolis, was struggling to find the truck of his dreams. But having been inspired by his friend in Maine, another former driver who owned a truck, Davey decided to take things one step further. But to build his backwards truck, Davey had to first find a truck with a big back window that could act as a windscreen. Davey told R.Rides: “A lot of the older trucks have really small back windows; they don’t have the wide ones. I couldn’t find a truck with a big back window. I happened to find this truck three miles from my father’s house and knew I had to get it.” The truck had its original body, frames and pedals. “We had put the lights on obviously, going the wrong direction. I didn't know what to do for bed cover. So, we figured to keep the rustic look.” Davey had to do a lot of work for the truck to work just right. “We had to cut a hole between the bed of the truck and the cab of the truck for your feet to go in. And so that had to be sealed up so there's no water getting inside the truck.” With the seats in and doors on, the truck still had a little to go before making its road debut. The windshield wipers got installed to make it safe, so the truck had everything that’s required to get going. “It looks like it's supposed to go forward. And so, it took some time and to get everything levelled out and make sure that was mounted properly.” And Davey loves his creation for lots of reasons. “Number one, it’s an attention getter. Number two, it's definitely a fan favourite, number three, it was a lot of work. There's new people that see it every time we take it out and it's definitely a crowd getter.”")

Rich Weissensel, a software engineer, is fanatic about the two-door sports car and owns five custom creations – including a stretched DeLorean Limousine - and three stock DeLoreans. Rich has re-modeled the stainless-steel shape of the iconic cars into bizarre and brilliant automotive creations in an ongoing, 14-year series of projects. The projects started after Rich met the car's founder John DeLorean at the Cleveland DeLorean Car Show in 2000 and showed him some of his ideas and sketches. Rich from Chicago, Illinois, built a custom hovercraft using the stainless steel panels of the DeLorean and a hovercraft cushion which allows the DeLorean to float over any surface.")

The truck driver honked the car horn trying to drive the monkeys away, but stayed inside as they were known to attack humans for food. He sped away when the traffic light turned green.Monks passing through the area have also begun carrying toy guns to deter the aggressive monkeys from pouncing on them. On March 23, a macaque caused a head-on collision along Ratchadamnoen Road when it hopped onto a motorcycle to grab a plastic bag of food.Furious vendors and locals this week hung vinyl banners slamming the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation (DNP) for allegedly failing to address the town's longstanding problem.They claimed that local authorities were slow to enact wildlife policy amendments that would allow them to deal with the monkeys - a protected species in Thailand - in urban areas. The planned relocation of the macaques has also been postponed to May due to the lack of enclosures to contain them.Addressing the criticisms, DNP director-general Atthaphon Charoenchansa had said: 'There was a rehearsal and adjustment of the plan to capture the monkeys by using cages to lure many monkeys in at a time, unlike the previous round that used tranquilizer darts focused on capturing the troop leader. Therefore, I want Lopburi residents to understand that we are not behind on our tasks.'Lopburi has become a popular tourist destination because of its large population of monkeys. The monkeys are mostly long-tailed macaques, and they can be found all over the city, from the temples to the streets. However, they can also be aggressive, and they have been known to steal food and belongings.")

Aatmaram, tired of Nabeed's insults, kills him in his house. After leaving, he's hired by middleman Dheeraj (now left out of the Pratap-Arjun deal) to kidnap Jo. Nannu writes a rap song for Jo and begins reciting it to her, but they are both kidnapped by Aatmaram's men. Jugnu finds out about the relocation of the opium and arrives at the warehouse to take control. After a brief shootout, Jugnu kills Mishra but finds that the opium is missing; unknown to him, Nirmal is killed by a stray bullet. Tipu delivers the opium to the designated location but when Sukanto arrives there, he finds nothing. Meanwhile, Aatmaram tells Arjun to deliver the opium to him in order to free his daughter. Arjun steals the opium truck from the woods moments before Sukanto arrives. Enraged over Nirmal's death, Jugnu instigates a shootout with Sukanto's gang; he is the only survivor. Gangaram and Lekha arrive at Aatmaram's hideout to rescue Jo and Nannu but are captured by the hitman's goons. In the resulting chaos, Aatmaram is accidentally run over by Tipu, driving a van, seemingly killing him. Arjun arrives with the opium and rescues the children, killing Dheeraj in the process. Aatmaram revives and attacks Tipu, slicing him three times, but Tipu manages to shoot him with his father's gun before he can make the fourth cut. On the way to the hospital, Tipu seemingly dies in Lekha's arms after giving her the receipt that clears her father's name. Yamini gives Arjun the photo negatives, but implores him to do the right thing for Madhu, not just for his own guilt. He calls Pratap to tell him that their deal is off, and decides to return all the opium to the government. Aatmaram, left for dead, reaches for his knife. Jugnu arrives at the ICU dressed as a woman; after concluding that she can never be the son that her father wants her to be, she takes Ganchi off the ventilator and kills him. She resolves to do things her way going forward.<br/>")
