Description: Handstands develop great strength on their own and they always make for a beautiful picture but behind the scenes there is dedicated training that shouldn't be overlooked. I love to hold handstands but I've found that movement drills and sequences really benefit my static handstands. This forces me to focus on making a strong connection to the ground while keeping my arms strong as I shift my shoulders over my wrists.
