SWNAwallaby - by Elizabeth Hunter<br/><br/>A wallaby joey has been pictured emerging from its albino mother's pouch after seven months inside.<br/><br/>Jo-Jo, the baby Bennett's wallaby has begun to appear in the pouch of albino mum Mrs Bennett at Auchingarrich Wildlife Park in Perthshire.<br/><br/>Photos snapped of the adorable pair show the joey reaching towards the grass, staring at its mother, and attempting to look at the world around it.<br/><br/>Jo-Jo has normal fur colour unlike his mum's albino white.<br/><br/>Bennett's wallabies, also known as red-necked wallabies, are native to eastern Australia, and common in the island state of Tasmania.<br/><br/>After a gestation period of just 29 days, joeys are born tiny and helpless, weighing less than a gram - and so they remain in their mother's pouch for a further 280 days while they continue to develop.<br/><br/>Joeys remain with their mothers for a further three to nine months to feed, with females reaching maturity at around 14 months, and males around 19 months.<br/><br/>A representative from Auchingarrich Wildlife Park said, \

We have Jack, who resides in the bar. He is quite a mischievous ghost.<br/><br/>''Jack was supposed to be a sailor, and the story goes that he was taken out on to the moors and murdered.''<br/><br/>Jamaica Inn’s paranormal prankster Jack is alleged to move drinks, and he is frequently blamed for spilled pints and smashed glasses.<br/><br/>But recently the CCTV cameras in the bar have caught him in the act, knocking a drinker’s beverage flying from the table.<br/><br/>Katy said: “They were sat at one of the tables in the main bar, very close to where Jack is supposed to sit.<br/><br/>“I have definitely experienced things here that I cannot explain.”<br/><br/>Local legend says that the ghost of Jack has been wandering the ancient inn and nearby moors for well over a century.<br/><br/>Jamaica Inn’s paranormal manager Karin Beasant said: “A lovely barmaid called April, it was a Sunday night, round about half past ten, she was doing the cleaning, as you can see from the footage. <br/><br/>''You see her turn her head because she hears the bar door open but no one enters. <br/><br/>''There was no one left in the bar, and then from another angle, you see the phone that’s on the wall lift up and fly across and drop. <br/><br/>''That scared her… but the staff are so used to things like this. I look at it this way, it’s his idea of fun, of a jest.”<br/><br/>Host of new show Weird Britain, Andy McGrath said “For all we know, these spirits are watching us every day, they’ve picked up on the technology and Jack’s saying ‘April, I just called to say I love you!’”<br/><br/>Edd Francis and Paul Cowmeadow of the Weird Britain Paranormal Research Team have certified the historic hotel as a haunted location.<br/><br/>Edd said: “The rich history and multitude of witnesses to paranormal activity at this site going back many, many decades is already compelling enough, but for many believers this new footage really will be the cherry on the cake.”<br/><br/>Paul added: “The footage certainly is very interesting.
