Employment: Full Time<br/>It's a pivotal role in fostering and cultivating partner relationships with the overarching goal of attaining annual targets and objectives.<br/><br/>Key responsibilities include achieving corporate sales targets, overseeing relationship management, offering dedicated partner support, and actively contributing to sector development. This role functions as a vital driver for corporate revenue generation, steering advancements in technology, products, and facilitating market expansion.<br/><br/>Job Responsibilities:<br/>- Cultivate and manage B2B partner relationships, achieving revenue targets, and meeting performance departmental and corporate KPIs objectives.<br/>- Ensure that partners understand and appreciate the full value of our company's products while driving partner retention.<br/>- Ensure CRM systems are optimized to effectively serve partners and the company, maintaining accurate and up-to-date partner information as the single source of truth.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- Regularly report assigned partner sales and business targets to the line manager, reviewing actual versus targets, and defining expected completion in consultation with finance on a quarterly basis.<br/>- Suggest market and product strategies to the line manager for increasing adoption, product penetration, and cross-sales opportunities.<br/><br/>About the Company<br/>We lead in the creation and delivery of innovative workforce solutions and services that enable our clients to win in the changing world of work.<br/><br/>ManpowerGroup powers the success of many of the world's most dynamic organizations.
