Description: Here are our problems -- and their suggested solutions:nn#1) Infection -- antibiotics (Cefazolinthe following day, I did a debridement of the wound site and placed a negative pressure foam dressing to help manage the wound cavity; I repeated the debridement nn#2) Fracture Healing -- there's a big bone defect on the anteromedial area of the tibial shaft which will need to be filled up; the posterolateral shaft is in good contact with each other, but this area lacks a lot of soft tissue coverage
