The simulator was first released on PC in June 2023 and on Nintendo Switch in February this year. Polish company Ultimate Games S.A. is responsible for the development and release of the Xbox One version. Thanks to backward compatibility, the title will also work on Xbox Series X|S.<br/>The new simulator is a unique game with the metro at its center. Metro Simulator 2 not only faithfully reproduces the characteristics of the subway, but also the mechanics of controlling the trains.<br/><br/>In this game from the KishMish Games studio, the player becomes a train driver on the metro. Metro Simulator 2 offers a free play mode and varied scenarios with fixed timetables and specific conditions and situations. The simulator features a total of 2 trains with different control systems. The metro itself includes up to 24 stations and a variety of tunnels and facilities.<br/><br/>In Metro Simulator 2, the developers have included an advanced, real-world based speed control system to prevent potential collisions and other undesirable events.
