The driver's name is Toseef Hussain and his contact number is +92355 8002483. The travel time from Keran to Kel is normally 5-6 hours, . You can bargain on the fare and rent as well. <br/><br/>Food and Cooking <br/>There are many good food options in Kashmir. If you enjoy cooking, you can buy fresh chicken meat from the local market. It is not recommended to buy beef unless you are sure it is fresh and not frozen. The best option is to ask your hotel management to prepare your meals. Specify what you would like to eat, and they will be happy to accommodate your request. For lunch, you can have vegetables and rice. For dinner, you can have barbecued meat or fish. For breakfast, you can have eggs.<br/><br/>Tips for Safe Travel and Security Situation in Kashmir<br/><br/>1- The best time to visit the Neelum Valley is during the spring (April-June) or fall (September-October). The weather is mild during these months, and the valley is lush with greenery.<br/><br/>2 -Be prepared for anything: The weather in Kashmir can change quickly, so be prepared for anything. Pack for both warm and cold weather, and be sure to bring rain gear.<br/>3- Get out and explore: Kashmir is a big place, so don't be afraid to get out and explore. There are many hidden gems to discover, so take your time and enjoy the journey.<br/>4- Be respectful of the locals: Kashmir is a Muslim-majority region, so be sure to be respectful of the local culture and customs. Dress modestly and avoid alcohol and drugs.<br/>5- The roads can be dangerous, so it is important to drive carefully and be aware of your surroundings. And the soldiers said, ‘We have orders to take all dervishes into custody — for the king of this country says that they will not obey his commands and that they say things which are not welcome to the tranquility of the thought of the populace.’<br/><br/>And the Sufi said, ‘And so you should, for you must do your duty.’<br/><br/>‘But are you not Sufis?’ said the soldiers.<br/><br/>‘Test us,’ said the Sufi.<br/><br/>The officer took out a Sufi book….<br/><br/>– a book that is tremendously respected by the Sufis. It is called THE BOOK OF THE BOOKS. It has only a few sentences written in it, otherwise it is empty.<br/><br/>‘What is this?’ the Sufi Master said.<br/><br/>– as if he had not even recognized the book. The soldiers had brought the book which will be a sign of a Sufi — the moment the Sufi sees THE BOOK OF THE BOOKS he will bow down. It is a great treasure.<br/><br/>The Sufi Master said, ‘What is this?’<br/><br/>– as if he did not recognize the book.<br/><br/>The Sufi looked at the title page. ‘It is something which I will burn in front of you,’ said the Master, ‘since you have not already done so.’ He set light to the book and the soldiers rode away satisfied.<br/><br/>The Sufi’s companion asked, ‘What was the purpose of that action?’<br/><br/>‘To make us invisible,’ said the sufi. ‘For to the man of the world, visibility means that you look like something or someone he expects you to resemble. If you look different your true nature becomes invisible to him.’<br/><br/>The Sufi Master is saying, ‘I have become invisible to these soldiers because they could not believe that a Sufi could burn THE BOOK. They have a certain expectation — that the Sufis revere THE BOOK. The moment I burned THE BOOK we were no longer Sufis.
