Description: The location of optical biopsies are augmented onto images of the throat to aid navigation and retargeting of biospy sites. This work is demonstrated on a phantom. Miniaturized optical probes can reveal tissue cellular and subcellular microstructures, allowing excision-free optical biopsy. In this work we combine instrument tracking and SLAM.
