Description: In Summer 2009, City University of Hong Kong undergraduate engineering exchange students Xu Xuyuan (Evan) and Nga Lam (Lam) developed Rolling in Banff. This was a fully functional location-based mobile phone game emulating a golf-like experience. Users had to hit a virtual ball into a goal. The catch was, in order to hit the ball, users had to physically run at the ball’s location on the game map while carrying the mobile phone - the speed and angle of the user’s trajectory would then determ
