Shocking video shows a motorist apparently hitting a man over the head with a rock after traffic collision.<br/><br/>The incident took place in Lower Ford Street, Hillfields in Coventry after a Mercedes driver was reportedly rear ended turning out from a junction towards a roundabout.<br/><br/>According to an eyewitness, the Mercedes driver was taking pictures of his damaged car when the other motorist exited his vehicle to confront him.<br/><br/>Video shows both men throwing punching at each other before ending up on the ground with the Mercedes driver hitting the other motorist over the head with a rock. <br/><br/>Later on, the motorist can be seen driving his car directly into the side of the Mercedes - completely wrecking the vehicle.<br/><br/>The filmer, who wished to remain anonymous, said: \
