Description: The Wilderness Stewardship Program is a partnership between the US Forest Service and SEACC, giving local residents a chance to meet and connect with other locals, with SEACC staff members, and with the landscapes that shape our communities. Volunteers from Juneau, Sitka, Yakutat, Anchorage, Petersburg, Kake and Angoon have cleaned up litter on beaches, removed invasive plants, and collected data for the Forest Service while realizing their own strong connection to our wild places.The Wilderne
