For the past three months we've had the pleasure of filming with SLR Magic's new 8mm f/4 ultra-wide angle lens. All footage seen here was filmed in 4K on the Panasonic GH4 with a modified Cinelike-D picture profile, and most were shot flying on the DJI Ronin-M gimbal. Minimal color correction was applied to some clips but most are untouched. I was very impressed with the sharpness and rectilinearity of the lens -- it has none of the exaggerated look of a fisheye lens and at f/5.6 and above resol
