Description: Stand with your feet together and reach your arms to the ceiling. Reach down and put your hands on the floor, look in at your belly button, and roll forwards until you are sitting on your bum. Land on your bum with your legs straight out in front of you, and your arms reaching for the ceiling. This is to practice forward roll over the bar.
