Description: Hydronephrosis and hydroureter are demonstrated secondary to urethral obstruction. The urethra has the typical keyhole appearance asssociated with posterior urethral valves. The bladder while still enlarged has a thickened wall most likely secondary to decompression into the fetal abdomen resulting in urinary ascites. Lack of drainage into the amniotic cavity has resulted in oligohydramnios.;
