WitOpWit created an edible city based on the urban layout of Pretoria. The city was created using icing sugar stencilled onto a black surface. Coconut ice, wafers and nougat were arranged as buildings on the city blocks and eventually enjoyed by hungry citizens. EETSTAD is an initiative that forms part of the Cool Capital 2014 Biennale.
