Description: Turning a 30+ year old light microscope of Nikon (TMD inverted DIC) in to a more modern microscope. I'm doing this by adding electronics such as; micro controllers, step divers and step motors to the x-y table. Creating a DIY scanning stage with the help of 3D printing and electronics.
