Description: A new experimental lot from our Colombian friends. This coffee is mind blowing. Produced by Rafael Aya in Huila, this lot is made up of Castillo. Following strict picking protocol, this coffee is fermented for 156 hours held at 18 degrees throughout the fermentation to prevent off flavours forming.
