Description: A personal favourite of mine, the 1372 ton Clipper ship Smyrna sank on 28th April 1888 after colliding with SS Moto en route to Australia. Located in an area of generally excellent visibility some 17 miles SW of St. Catherines Point is always a great dive. General depth is 54 - 57m.nnLying on its port side the classic clipper ship bow is particularly impressive, with the bowsprit lying in the sand just off the wreck.
