While Passing through my hometown of Mansfield, Ohio Last July, I thought I would stop and get some video of the carousel downtown. It was built in 1991 as the first new, hand- carved carrousel to be built and operated in the United States since the 1930's. The Carrousel figures were carved in the style of G.A.
