Description: 10 -year-old previously healthy male presents with vision changes and nausea. He was diagnosed with concussion following minor head trauma one month ago. 5 days ago he developed horizontal double vision only with both eyes open and resolved with 1 eye closed. He also had return of vomiting at the same time. On physical examination in the emergency room he is found to have decreased sensation in the right V2 distribution and right CN VI palsy. There is also a history of recent unexplained weight
