Description: To present a case study of the findings of chylous ascites as a diagnostic feature of internal hernia following Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (LRYGB). Case Report: A 29-year-old female patient presented with an unrelenting abdominal pain. Computed tomography (CT) examination revealed misty mesentery and swirl signs.
