Tried to update my 16gb Toshiba Encore Mini 7 running Windows 8.1 Bing Edition.Ran for 3.5 hours, but because I had to unplug the battery and plug in a USB drive the power ran out mid-install and rolled back.The rollback worked great.I'll try again using a micro-SD and keep it plugged into power the entire time.
